What Is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is an energy healing modality that uses muscle testing to locate imbalances and stress in the body. It is grounded in the belief that we all have an innate ability to heal ourselves and live in balance but things like stress, trauma and stuck emotions, can throw us off centre.
With muscle testing, we can bypass the conscious mind and communicate directly to the body and through to the subconscious to find the root cause of the dis-ease. Kinesiology can benefit clients on many levels and in all areas of their lives by helping them release fears, old wounds or sabotage programs that no longer serve them and enable them to be balanced towards their goals and aspirations.
It can be beneficial for mental disorders, addictions, pain (physical, emotional, mental, etc.), trauma, fears & phobias, nutrition/diet and so much more. It effects change anywhere you might feel out of alignment and raises your life energy.

Hi! My name’s Jennifer Dunlop and welcome to my page.
I found Kinesiology at a time when I was having a pretty big health/life crisis, one of many throughout my life actually. I was stuck in a cycle of poor mental health, low self esteem and a sense of defeat, I felt I had tried everything from therapy to medication, but nothing seemed to work. I became resigned to the fact that this would be my life and there was no changing it.
Kinesiology broke my negative cycle, cleared stuck emotions and thought patterns that I had clung to for years and gave me a sense of peace and wholeness. I was immediately enamoured with this modality that felt like real life magic and enrolled to study the International Diploma of Kinesiology.
Two and a half years of study later and I'm thrilled to be able to share the wonders of energetic healing and to help facilitate positive change with my clients.
